miles run: day off from running today.......
something to think about: "Remember, your dream is your only scheme, so keep on pushing... " -Curtis Mayfield
Calling all runners and running fans:
Today I have started my day at 6am....Early Early Early. Its my first day back at work this afternoon, but before then I am going to substitute teach this morning. I decide to take a job that allows me the time to do some writing and thinking thoroughly. Why not get paid to think and write don't you think? :) I have truly enjoyed these last few days off on vacation. I can't wait until my next vacation sometime in July or August...Sweet!!!!. Yesterday I ran an easy 8 miler run to loosen up after my 20 miler Wednesday. I tried to run on a different trail over on the border of Norco and Riverside but was bummed out to find that it costs 4 bucks per visit ( they even charge 2 dollars per dog, What!!!!). I guess the tough budget cuts have affected even the parks and recreations dept. Can you imagine, if I run 5 or 6 days a week X $4 thats 20-24 bucks a week!!!?? Even more if I decide to take Charly along...... maybe not!!!
Totally Stoked, just 61 Days until the Los Angeles Marathon..Woot woot......more details of my arrangements and plans for this upcoming event.....Living our lifestyle on the run, R U ?
