something to think about: "Dedication and commitment are what transfer dreams into realities"

Calling all runners and running fans,
This day has been a hot one here in Riverside Ca. ( aka the IE). A 83degree day to be exact. I just got back from an 10 miler and I can say that I definitely did feel the heat. During hot runs like this I usually will take off my shirt and tie it onto my head like a cap. This helps in two ways: one, it provides shelter from direct contact with the sun on my face and forhead, and two, it allows the breeze to cool my body down as I am running. I tend to do this toward the end of the run... So If you ever see an almost naked guy running with what looks like something wrapped around its head, don't fear...its only me :)

After a few weeks in the making here we have just wrapped up our first interview in this new series, “Salmiler on the run with:” . In this first feature interview here at Salmiler lifestyle, we go on a run with one of the most humble and down to earth runners we have met, Nicholas Arciniaga (see photo above). For the record, the runners that we feature will have been selected because we feel that they are living the core value of this running lifestyle. These athletes are living their lives on the run, and their accomplishments, ambitions and current running offers inspiration for others to learn and grow in this running lifestyle. Feel free to offer your suggestions as to how we can improve coverage of the athletes that we have chosen to highlight on this running lifestyle blog. Thank you and we hope you enjoy our interview with Nick Arciniaga which shall be up soon.... so stay tuned!!! Living our lifestyle on the run, R U ?
