calling all runners and running fans,

Today I woke up after having slept a nice and well rested 8 eight hours. It is recommended that we sleep 6 to 8 hours... I always choose the higher end :). Experts say that people that sleep less than four hour or more than 8 tend to live shorter lives...scarry. With my running I know I need my sleep so I try to get as much of it as often as possible. However, If I wasn't as active as I am I don't think I'd want to sleep as much as I do. I am a firm believer that sleep is a waste of presious time. There are sooo many other things I could be doing than sleeping.
Today I went out for a nice 10 mile run. The weather was perfect; nice and sunny, but not hot. I didn't sub, so I slept in and decided to hit the trails. Having run today only means one thing...I have a free day for this weekend...or should I run six days this week :)? We'll just have to see what comes up this weekend....living our lifestyle on the run, R U?
