Calling all runners and running fans,


Today I woke up to a rainy day here in the IE and we all know what I think about the rain, especially when running. Well, I had already exhausted my two days off from running for the week so i had no other choice. A runners gotta do what a runners gotta do....RUN at whatever the cost, so I did. Its actually not as bad once you are in full swing. Its the first few minutes when you are trying to warm up that are the worst, especially if its windy also. Needless to say, I successfully finished my run for the day and now I can say I have accomplished my biggest goal. As a lifestyle runner, as long as I get my runs in for a given day, all else done on that day is extra. I obviously do a lot more than just run, however I don't feel guilty if I don't accomplish all else like I do with running.

As for the Apparel line, I met up with one of the screen printers out in Orange County on Thursday to see samples of my next tee. I got to see more in depth the screen printing process and ask lots of questions. The guys name is Shawn and he's staring out also on his screen printing business with Robot Fury. I got to ask lots of questions and even bring a few samples of shirts, using the same design only different color combinations and shirt types. Its gonna have to be American Apparel for this shirt.....stay tuned for more. Here at salmiler our lifestyle is ...on the run, R U?
