Calling all runners and running fans,


We have been surprised with a really nice day today on this very special Valentine's Day. Today I got up a round 10 am and went out for a nice relaxing run at the usual spot. I ran about 8 miles through some muddy trails that made the run more of an obstacle course....This brings back memories of the best Cross Country race that i ran back in high school. It was the Brea Invitational in Brea, Ca. We had to run through grass,dirt, mud and even cross a small river... which was amazingly awesome!!! I ended up leading the race the whole way until the very end when this other Mexican guy passed me and took it to the finish line. Second place was fine for me, it was the obstacle like course experience that made it all worth while for me. Anyways, so now I am getting ready to go to work. It should be a busy night given that its Valentine's day. Its always funny to see the first time dates come in for dinner. You can see/feel awkwardness all around throughout the entire meal. My question is how many of these couples will make it past their initial dinner date? Lets see if I can spot a few first timers tonight.....living our lifestyle on the run, R U ?
