Coty Gonzales Reviews the Salmiler Brand

Calling all runners and running fans,

Today I ran a shorter and faster pace run or better known as a tempo run, usually about 75% of my race pace. This allows me to work on my speed and get out of the base routine. My next marathon is not for a few more months so I have plenty of time to put in a few more before then.

Below is a video review of the Salmiler brand by Coty Gonzales from Hawaii. He runs the Cotygonzales blog , where he blogs daily, and covers all relevant news about the broad tshirt/apparel industry ( more specifically about the indie tshirt and design industry). I have been following him for a few months now and have been really impressed on how he covers the brands that he chooses to introduce to the industry. I gotta say, I really enjoy his overall coverage style. He shows such enthusiam, and passion about the brands that it just makes you want to find out more about about them. KUDOS to Coty for such an awesome job!!!
