Calling all runners and running fans,


This morning I woke up to dark and gloomy day with the rain pouring hard. This got me thinking...No running for me today. I figure its the start of my week and I got two days to spare why not, right? This week I want to try a new run and get out of the usual routine. I think I might travel some distance to find some nice running trails. The problem with some of these trails is that some are no more than 5 or 6 miles long and so I find myself running in circles to reach my desired goal for the given day. We'll have to see what we can find out there.....
As mentioned before I will soon start a new section called "Salmiler on the run with......" Were I will interview other runners on this Salmiler blog that have also made their lifestyles from running. On these one on ones we will dissect the lives of these runners, their day to day activities, motivations, goals, and use this as motivation for our own lifestyles.
