Salmiler's first blog

This is my first posting on my new salmiler blogger and I don't know how to begin.... lol. Well, as many of you know I have always been obsessed with running and all that has to do with it. I have been running for a very long time and don't plan on stopping any time soon. With this in mind, I have been thinking of ways to share my passion for running with others and motivate others to live a more active lifestyle. We don't have to be the laziest and unhealthiest nation in the world...we can learn to balance things out by just implementing an active lifestyle ( running hint hint:) and healthier eating habits. With this in mind I have started a new brand that will hopefully spread this message of an active lifestyle around.
